Ron did some book signings and made $80 for the Marpole Historical Society for their share on the 16 Sockeye Special books that were sold.

The Gulf of Georgia Cannery, the Richmond Museum Society and the author partnered to present Richmond's 57 public and independent school libraries with a copy of THE SOCKEYE SPECIAL to help promote Richmond's exciting history in our schools.
